Cellars and Production
The central core of the company, composed of an old mill whose origins date back to the 16th century, has recently been extended, bringing the storage capacity of the cellars aging at 6,000 Hl of which more than half represented by oak barrels, Tonneaux and Barriques.
The company has a temperature controlled area for the refining of more than 150,000 bottles since the Brunello di Montalcino, before being released for consumption, must age at least 4 years of which 4 months in bottle. Two apartments have also been built to guarantee hospitality to customers and visitors.
