Cantine Bonacchi has a very modern winemaking and bottling plant composed of two lines: one dedicated exclusively to Bordeaux bottles, fully automated, which has a production potential of 9,000 bottles per hour, the other dedicated to the production of double Bordolese and traditional flasks straw that can produce up to 3,000 pieces / hour.

These two bottling plants, combined with the storage potential of the cellars, allow us to satisfy any request.

The company currently produces over 3,000,000 bottles a year, destined for the domestic and international market.

As a further guarantee of quality and organization, Cantine Bonacchi is ISO 9001/2015, BRC and IFS certified.

The Company owns 42 Ha of Chianti Montalbano of which 80% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot, 5% Canaiolo, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon

Company

Our Fattoria Casalino is located in the municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga, 10 km north of Siena, in the heart of Tuscany, 350 m. s.l.m., on the state road 222, the historical Chiantigiana (km 53 / III).

The slopes of the vineyard of about 23 ha, all located around the small farmhouse, are facing east, south and west.

The soil here in the Chianti Classico area, one of the oldest vineyards in the world, is made up of alberese and galestro.

It is difficult to work, but it allows to produce a wine of excellent quality.

The vine is the traditional Sangiovese, with us at its optimal age.

In honor of Jacopo Della Quercia, an artist born in the 14th century in the nearby Quercegrossa and author of the splendid Fonte Gaia, in the Piazza del Campo in Siena, we chose the oak branch as a symbol of our natural products.
